The villa is located on Jimmy Hill Beach in Moss Town, Exuma, Bahamas. It is conveniently situated just 3 minutes from the Exuma International Airport (GGT) and approximately 15 minutes from George Town, the main city on the island.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 3 luxury bedrooms. There is also a queen pull-out couch in the family room, allowing for a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

What are the bedroom configurations?

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed, ocean view, walkout patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: King-size bed and built-in closet.
• Third (Family) Bedroom: One king-size bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and one twin-over-full bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests—perfect for children, teens, or families traveling together.
• All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

Is there a private pool?

Yes, the property features a private infinity pool with stunning views of the turquoise Exuma waters and the sunset.

Are pets allowed at the villa?

At this time, Pure Serenity Villas does not allow pets to stay on the property.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60 days or more before check-in: Receive a 100% refund, less the booking fee.
• 30–59 days before check-in: Receive a 50% refund, less the booking fee.
• Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events or cancellations.

What amenities are included for beach use?

The villa provides beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to help you fully enjoy your time on Jimmy Hill Beach.

Are there grocery stores or restaurants nearby?

While the villa offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for in-house cooking, George Town is only 15 minutes away, where you can find a variety of shops, supermarkets, and local restaurants.

Can I book additional services like a private chef?

Yes! Enhance your stay by booking a private chef to prepare delicious meals in the comfort of the villa. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a family dinner, or simply looking to relax, a private chef can create a personalized dining experience featuring local flavors and fresh island ingredients.

How do I get to the villa from the airport?

Getting to the villa is very easy due to its proximity to the airport (3 minutes). Most guests choose to rent a car or take a short taxi ride upon arrival. The property manager typically meets guests for a brief orientation once they arrive at the villa.
